No special access issues
Approach: Paština Závada is a village located on the northern slopes of Súľovské skaly. to reach it, leave route no. 61, which connects Považská Bystrica and Žilina, in Dolný Hričov and head towards Hričovské Podhradie. Continue until you reach Paština Závada. There is no official parking in the village, so we recommend parking by the fire station or on the road near the church or the municipal office. Make sure not to block the access roads for locals.
Approach to the Okrúhlica crag: from the crossroads by the church (see photos and maps), follow the forest road behind the municipal office for about 1.6 km until you come to the crossroads of several forest roads used for logging. On your right, you should see a rock monolith - Okrúhličná skala - standing out of the forest. Total approach time is approximately 25-30 minutes.
Approach to other sectors: from the crossroads by the church, follow the asphalt road in front of the municipal office and between the houses. The asphalt road turns into a forest road after you pass the last houses. After about 1.2 km you will come to a junction of forest roads (GPS 49.203340, 18.629701), where you turn right. After another 400-500 m you will enter a forest valley. You should be able to spot a rock spire on the right side of the hill - the Rozprávková veža sector. To reach the other sectors, continue up the valley straight along the forest road.
